One of the things I like best about poetry is that it’s always evolving. This poetry form, called ‘the bop’, is very new. And it’s very cool.
The set up is simple. Three stanzas, the first one six lines, second one eight lines and third one six again. The fun part is that the whole thing should add up to telling s story.
The first stanza tells the problem. The second expounds upon that problem, giving it more depth. The third gives a resolution, if there is one to be had. Otherwise, it explains why there can be no resolution.
